CDSHotels manages 12 hotels on the coast of the Apulia region of Italy.

The brand is the natural result of 30 years of dedication to the hospitality sector by motivated professionals focused on creating an innovative offer capable of interpreting the needs of tourists who want to enjoy the sea and all the relaxation and fun that Puglia has to offer.

CDSHotels stands for quality services, professionalism, trust and courtesy, all indispensable requirements to turn a simple vacation into an unforgettable experience.

The offer is aimed at a public of families, young couples and over 65 years old and proposes a vacation in refined and welcoming Hotels and Resorts located in the most beautiful places of Puglia.

The challenge

CDSHotels needed a flexible tool that would allow the more than 6,000 agencies it works with to book directly through its website.

Each agency was to have its own dedicated area on the hotel's website, from where it could make reservations for its clients.

The chain needed to apply specific payment and cancellation conditions for each agency and to be able to charge the net price of the reservation directly to the agency, without issuing an invoice.

The solution

After activating the B2B Module, each agency can access its personal area and book online with TVP and net prices, with specific conditions per agency.

Once the reservation is made, the agency pays the net amount (discounting the commission) directly to CDSHotels, avoiding the invoicing flow and speeding up the work of the agencies and the chain.

Agencies can also consult online and export in their private area the history of all their previously made reservations.

The chain can easily manage the massive change and update of commercial conditions of the different groups of agencies defined, saving time and effort.

By integrating the B2B Module with Epayments Manager - Roiback's platform for payment automation - the chain can directly collect the net from the agencies, automating the entire operational flow of payments.
