CDSHotels manages 12 hotels on the coast of the Apulia region in Italy.

The offer is aimed at an audience of families, young couples, and those over 65, and proposes a vacation in refined and welcoming Hotels and Resorts located in the most beautiful places in Puglia.
The challenge
CDSHotels needed a flexible tool that would allow the more than 6,000 agencies it works with to book directly through its website.
Each agency had to have its own dedicated area on the hotel's website, from which to make reservations for its clients.
The chain needed to apply specific payment and cancellation conditions for each agency and be able to charge the net price of the reservation directly to the agency, without issuing an invoice.
The solution
After activating the B2B Module, each agency can access its personal area and book online with TVP prices and net prices, with specific conditions per agency.
Once the reservation is made, the agency pays the net amount (discounting the commission) directly to CDSHotels, avoiding the invoicing flow and streamlining the work of the agencies and the chain.
Agencies can also consult online and export the history of all their previously made reservations in their private area.
The chain can easily manage the change and massive updating of commercial conditions for the different defined groups of agencies, saving time and effort.
By integrating the B2B Module with Epayments Manager – Roiback's payment automation platform – the chain can directly collect the net amount from the agencies, automating the entire operational flow of payments.
