About Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel
Located in Oliva, on the shores of the Mediterranean in the south of the province of Valencia, Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel is a fantastic Resort nominated for the Best Resort in Europe 2024 at the World Travel Awards. Its facilities include a four star Hotel with more than 200 rooms located on the beachfront, more than 130 apartments and villas for rent.
The resort also has a spa, fitness center, 18-hole golf course, 4 regulation soccer fields where professional soccer teams train/stage, equestrian center, tennis and paddle tennis courts, various indoor and outdoor spaces for celebrations, events and conventions, a wide range of bars and restaurants, as well as a shopping area.
The challenge
With a technology stack and multiple digital marketing providers, Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel was looking to get quality traffic to its direct channel. With a clear commitment to digital marketing, the chain was looking to maximize ROI and reduce Cost of Acquisition. Addressing this challenge without resorting to Roiback's booking engine, our digital marketing team faced a demanding task.
The solution
In Roiback we developed a customized strategy for Oliva Nova, focused on the management and comprehensive strategy of paid in Google Ads, Social Ads and Meta search engines for the entire hotel complex.
We promote the hotel by analyzing its traffic, bookings and performance tracking in metasearch engines. We work aligned by objectives of Cost of Acquisition (CPA) reduction and revenue increase, as well as supporting them in their recruitment strategy and communication in the direct channel.
The results
During 2023, a large part of the budget was allocated to Google, achieving very satisfactory results compared to 2022.
