About Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel
Located in Oliva, on the shores of the Mediterranean in the south of the province of Valencia, Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel is a fantastic Resort nominated for the Best Resort in Europe 2024 Award at the World Travel Awards. Its facilities include a four-star Hotel with more than 200 rooms located on the beachfront, more than 130 apartments and villas for rent.
The resort also has a Spa, fitness center, 18-hole golf course, 4 standard football pitches where professional football team training camps/stages are held, an equestrian center, tennis and paddle tennis courts, various indoor and outdoor spaces for celebrations, events and conventions, a wide range of bars and restaurants, as well as a shopping area.
The challenge
With a technological stack and multiple digital marketing providers, Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel sought to obtain quality traffic for its direct channel. With a clear commitment to digital marketing, the chain sought to maximize the return on investment and reduce the Cost of Acquisition. Addressing this challenge without using the Roiback booking engine, our digital marketing team faced a demanding task.
The solution
At Roiback, we developed a personalized strategy for Oliva Nova, focused on the management and comprehensive strategy of paid advertising on Google Ads, Social Ads, and Metasearch engines for the entire hotel complex.
We promote the hotel by analyzing its traffic, reservations, and performance tracking on metasearch engines. We work aligned by objectives of reducing the Cost of Acquisition (CPA) and increasing revenue, as well as supporting them in their acquisition and communication strategy in the direct channel.
The results
During 2023, a large part of the budget was allocated to Google, achieving very satisfactory results compared to 2022.
