About Turim Hotels

Founded in 1992, the Turim Hotels Group is constantly evolving. Their characteristic dynamism is reflected in the growth of their projects and the quality of their hotels.

Currently, they have 25 establishments spread from the north to the south of mainland Portugal and Madeira. With the motto "For each destination, a Turim experience" they invite you to enjoy the fantastic hotels they have in their portfolio, equipped with experienced professionals, prepared to provide you with the best experience, whether on leisure or business trips.

The challenge

Turim Hotels, in a clear commitment to the direct channel, was looking for a partner to take on an ambitious growth challenge in the direct channel. The challenge was to increase the Direct Sales Share of the entire chain by 25% with the Roiback Booking Engine and all the added solutions and/or products.

The solution

At Roiback, we took up the gauntlet and proposed an ambitious Sales Target, which would lead Turim Hotels to achieve its growth target for the Direct Channel Share and together we worked on an Action Plan in which we highlight:

  1. Investment in Digital Marketing with MetaSearch and Search Engine Marketing to protect the Turim Hotels Brand and at the same time boost the volume of appointments to the Web.
  2. Implementation of a discount strategy in their Loyalty program by the Chain to have the Direct Channel as a priority and guarantee parity.
  3. Implementation of Roiback's B2B module to increase Corporate sales.
  4. Hiring thinkIn to support their Call Center to meet all the demand they had for calls.

The results

  1. Increase of more than 40% in direct sales, exceeding our target of 25% Direct Sales Share.
  2. 40% reduction in the overall CPA of all Marketing Channels – Adding in this case to the existing marketing channels also PMax Campaigns from Google and Bing Ads.
  3. We have doubled the number of users in the Loyalty Program Database in just one year.
