About Turim Hotels

The Turim Hotels Group, founded in 1992, is a group in constant evolution. The dynamism that characterizes them is reflected in the growth of their projects and the quality of their hotels.

They currently have 25 establishments spread from north to south of mainland Portugal and Madeira. With the slogan "For each destination, an experience Turim"they invite you to enjoy the fantastic hotels they have in their portfolio, staffed by experienced professionals, ready to provide you with the best experience, whether on leisure or business trips.

The challenge

Turim Hotels in a clear commitment to the direct channel was looking for a partner to take on an ambitious growth challenge in the direct channel. The challenge was to increase the Direct Sales Share of the entire chain by 25% with Roiback's Booking Engine and all the solutions and/or products added.

The solution

At Roiback we took up the gauntlet and proposed an ambitious Sales Objective that would lead Turim Hotels to achieve its growth objective for the Direct Channel Share and together we worked on an Action Plan in which we highlighted:

  1. Investment in Digital Marketing with MetaSearch and Search Engine Marketing to protect the Turim Hotels Brand and at the same time boost the volume of citations to the Web.
  2. Implementation of a discount strategy in its Loyalty program by the Chain to have the Direct Channel as a priority and guarantee parity.
  3. Implementation of Roiback's B2B module to increase Corporate sales.
  4. Hiring of thinkIn to support their Call Center to attend all the calls they had.

The results

  1. More than 40% increase in direct sales, surpassing our target of 25% direct sales share.
  2. 40% reduction of the overall CPA of all Marketing Channels - Adding in this case to the existing marketing channels also Google PMax Campaigns and Bing Ads.
  3. We have doubled the number of Loyalty Program Database users in just one year.
