SH Hoteles wanted to convey a more modern, dynamic and professional image of the chain, improve usability, navigation and user experience, as well as optimize search engine positioning and increase traffic and conversions.

About SH Hotels

The SH Hotels Group manages 629 rooms in the Valencian Community and is consolidated as a benchmark in the luxury sector with its five establishments in the Valencian Community: SH Valencia Palace, Hotel SH Suite Palace and SH Hotel Inglés in Valencia and hotel AJ Gran Alacant and SH Villa Gadea in Altea in the province of Alicante.

The 3 main objectives

The aim of this new website was to transmit a more modern, dynamic and professional image of SH Hoteles, as well as to facilitate access to the information and services offered to its guests.

Usability, navigation and UX: We had already worked on the individual websites, and in the corporate website, logically, we were looking for the same common thread.

Highlight the destination and the restaurants: We were asked to highlight two aspects: the destination and on the other hand the brand's restaurants.

Identity and positioning: We wanted the new website to reflect their corporate identity, their hotels and their differential value proposition in the market. It was also important to optimize search engine positioning and increase traffic and conversions.

The selection process

During his research process, Anton Escuder evaluated ROIBACK's product differentiators, customer support and holistic value as a strategic partner and ultimately decided that ROIBACK was the best fit:

The results

The new website offers a more agile, intuitive and personalized user experience. It also offers a solution to the request to highlight the destination where the chain's hotels are located and give importance to the gastronomic offer, providing added value to the guest who is looking for a complete experience in the destination and not just accommodation.


To improve usability, navigation and user experience we decided to go for interior background images and a modern and minimalist style. The result is a very clean and elegant way to show the destination without diverting attention from the conversion.

To highlight the destination we gave prominence to the background images and to highlight the gastronomic offer we generated an exclusive module that shows them highlighted, and a corporate page that allows you to filter the restaurants by destination and hotel.

The website provides the user with access to all the information and services offered by the chain to its customers. It is a very functional website focused on conversion.
