With the implementation of the RMS Wavycat in two properties of Cabot Hotels, the chain has been able to define a strategy based on streamlining aspects of vacation chains, thus managing to increase its results exponentially, as well as executing sales stop actions to the channels that report the least benefit at the opportune moment thanks to process automation, and obtaining an increase in results in the direct channel thanks to the Wavycat – Roiback connection.
