New booking funnel in the BI Portal: more clarity, more control, more conversion

That's why we launched a new feature in the BI Portal: the room booking funnel dashboard, designed for hotels to accurately analyze each stage of the purchase process, from search to confirmation.
What does this new panel bring to the table?
With this tool, you will be able to:

The six stages of the funnel
The dashboard reflects the complete user journey:
- Searches → users searching for availability.
- Available results → users who see available rooms.
- Add to cart → users adding rooms to cart.
- Begin checkout → users advancing to the confirmation form.
- Payment → users who complete their data and proceed to the payment process
- Purchases → booking users.
This breakdown makes it possible to clearly visualize where conversion is being lost and which areas require attention.

Where are the opportunities?
The dashboard allows you to detect at a glance where conversion is lost. Some practical examples:
- Many searches with no results → Check for sale closures or restrictions that may be limiting availability.
- Users seeing availability but not adding to cart → There may be price disparities or lack of product appeal. Check ADR, cancellation policies or available payment methods.
- Abandonment on the confirmation form → Evaluate if the form is too long or if the payment methods do not fit your target audience.
- Friction between payment and confirmation → Analyze the payment gateway, as it could be generating errors or mistrust at a key moment.
This type of analysis allows you to make informed decisions and act quickly to improve conversion.
