New booking funnel in the BI Portal: more clarity, more control, more conversion

What does this new panel provide?

With this tool, you can:

The six stages of the funnel

The dashboard reflects the complete user journey:

  1. Searches → users searching for availability.  
  1. Available results → users who see available rooms.
  1. Add to cart → users who add rooms to the cart.
  1. Begin checkout → users who proceed to the confirmation form.
  1. Payment → users who complete their details and proceed to the payment process.
  1. Purchases → users who book.

This breakdown allows you to clearly visualize where conversion is being lost and which areas require attention.

Where are the opportunities?

The panel allows you to detect at a glance where conversion is being lost. Some practical examples:

  • Many searches without results → Check sales closures or restrictions that may be limiting availability.
  • Users who see availability but do not add to cart → There may be price disparities or a lack of product appeal. Review the ADR, cancellation policies, or available payment methods.
  • Abandonment in the confirmation form → Evaluate whether the form is too long or if the payment methods do not suit your target audience.
  • Friction between payment and confirmation → Analyze the payment gateway, as it may be generating errors or distrust at a key moment.

This type of analysis allows you to make informed decisions and act quickly to improve conversion.
