- Roiback remains committed to the well-being of its employees, promoting hybrid work policies, flexible working hours and continuous training.
Roiback, the global technology and services platform for independent hotels and hotel chains, today announces the opening of its new headquarters in Palma de Mallorca (Spain).
The remarkable increase in sales during the last fiscal year (2022-2023), in which Roiback surpassed €1 billion in bookings generated for its hotel clients, has prompted the company to invest in a larger, more sophisticated and better-equipped space.
This follows the announcement earlier this year of an extraordinary plan to invest in and strengthen the technology team, doubling investment in R&D&I by 2023 as part of the company's ambitious expansion plan.
In the first few months of the year, the Roiback team has experienced steady growth to meet the increasing demand for its business. The new headquarters offers a larger number of workstations, state-of-the-art technology, improved common and meeting areas, canteen, parking and a shuttle service from the center of Palma de Mallorca.
Roiback continues to focus on the well-being of its team by promoting hybrid work policies (remote-presence), reduced working hours on Fridays, additional vacation days, flexible working hours and continuous training programs. These measures reaffirm the company's commitment to sustainable growth and the well-being of its employees, positioning it as a benchmark in the sector.
