Roiback, the global technology and services platform for independent hotels and hotel chains, today announces the opening of its new headquarters in Palma de Mallorca (Spain).

The notable increase in sales during the last fiscal year (2022-2023), in which Roiback exceeded 1 billion euros in reservations generated for its hotel clients, has driven the company to invest in a larger, more sophisticated, and better-equipped space.

This advance follows the announcement made earlier this year about the extraordinary plan to invest in and strengthen the technology team, doubling the investment in R&D&I in 2023 within its ambitious expansion plan.

In the first months of the year, the Roiback team has experienced constant growth to meet the increasing demand for its business. The new headquarters offers a greater number of jobs, cutting-edge technology, better common and meeting areas, a dining room, parking, and a collective shuttle transport service from the center of Palma de Mallorca.

Roiback continues to focus on the well-being of its team by promoting hybrid (remote-in person) work policies, reduced hours on Fridays, additional vacation days, flexible hours, and continuous training programs.
