Madrid, January 15, 2024.
At the International Tourism Fair (Fitur) 2024, a new stand concept will be presented: the first 'corner' of specialists in Direct Channel. This space will bring together five important technology companies, which will collaborate on a unique project. Its objective is to provide a comprehensive technological solution to professionals in the hotel sector, covering multiple aspects of technology applied to tourism.
Under the name 'Direct Channel Lounge,' the stand is aimed at independent hotels and hotel chains that want to increase their bookings through their own website with a mix of perfectly integrated technologies, thus being able to compete with OTAs and other major players in the sector.
The stand can be visited in Hall 08 of the fair, dedicated to technology companies, specifically at stand number 8F33.
Cendyn CRM, thinkIN, Onlinetravel, Hotelinking, and Roiback offer the 'Direct Channel Lounge' to hoteliers to enhance their Direct Channel. Hoteliers will discover solutions ranging from digitization and process automation, captive WiFi portal, web development, booking engine, and digital marketing, customer loyalty, call center services, to dynamic flight plus hotel packages. All offered by experts at each customer touchpoint.
From the "Direct Channel Lounge" initiative, they state that "Direct sales are essential for the future and sustainability of the current tourism model. We are confident that we have built a common discussion space where hoteliers will find all the solutions they need and where they can move beyond traditional meetings, relax, and discover (or rediscover) what the world of direct sales can offer their hotel or chain."
