We are pleased to announce the incorporation of Pablo Sánchez as Head of Customized Solutions at Roiback, part of HBX Group.

With this new signing, we reinforce our commitment to innovation and excellence in the direct channel, betting on talent and experience to continue accompanying hotels in their digitalization and growth challenges.

Pablo has more than 25 years of experience in the travel technology sector, a track record that has allowed him to lead digital transformation projects in large hotel groups, airlines and technology companies. In his time at Barceló, he doubled direct sales in less than three years, demonstrating how to scale digital channels effectively. In addition, in companies such as Iberostar, he has driven the use of data and business intelligence to transform e-commerce and consulting projects, always with a focus on creating solutions that respond to the real needs of customers and generate tangible results.

His strategic vision and deep industry knowledge have allowed him to connect technological innovation with business growth, bringing a unique and global perspective on the challenges and opportunities of digital tourism.

On his arrival at Roiback, Pablo comments:

"I am starting a new stage in my career, with a great company with a lot of potential ahead of me. My first feelings with the team are very good; powerful, motivated people and good colleagues."  

Tell us a little more about yourself, Pablo, what qualities would you highlight?

"I would emphasize that I have an analytical and business background and that I have been in the world of tourism E-commerce for 25 years, mainly focused on direct sales and always trying to make the most of the existing technology at all times. Initially in airlines and, since 2012, dedicated to the exciting world of Hospitality, where there is a long way to go and still a lot to do."
