Roiback acquires Spanish company ThinkIN

Roiback, a company of the HBX Group, today announced the acquisition of ThinkIN, a technology and services company specializing in hospitality based in the Canary Islands, Spain. The transaction will expand Roiback's value proposition with an AI-powered omnichannel contact center that increases conversion in the direct channel and improves the guest experience.

ThinkIN offers 24/7 support via phone, email, chat, social media, and SMS in nine languages, achieving a significant increase in conversion and an average ticket increase of over 30% for partner hotels. The integration of telephone and online sales can generate an additional increase of more than 15%. Its AI-powered voice bot and AI-powered Quality Assurance solutions further improve performance and customer satisfaction, which currently stands at 92%.

Since its founding, ThinkIN has grown from four employees in 2015 to more than 70 today, reaching nearly 100 during peak season, and currently manages more than 450 hotels in Europe and America.

Roiback will invest up to an additional €2 million, contingent on business performance, maintain service continuity for current ThinkIN customers, and align go-to-market efforts to generate a measurable impact on its hotel partners' revenues.
