Roiback launches a new integration with the Doku payment gateway

At Roiback, we continue to focus on innovation and the continuous improvement of our products. Therefore, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new integration with the latest version of the Doku payment gateway, a leading solution in the Indonesian region and very important throughout Asia.

This update represents a major advance over the previous version, allowing our hotel clients to offer a more complete, flexible payment experience tailored to the specific characteristics of the Asian market.

What improvements does this new integration include?

Activation of alternative payment methods common in Asia-Pacific:

​

• QR Payment: The customer scans a QR code with their mobile phone to complete the payment from their banking app or digital wallet.

• E-wallet: Payments through electronic wallets such as OVO, Dana, or GoPay, widely used in countries like Indonesia.

• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers from the customer's account at the time of booking.

• CC Installment: Payments in installments with a credit card, allowing the total amount to be divided into monthly payments.

These methods not only expand payment options but also improve conversion rates, reduce abandonment rates, and offer a user experience more tailored to each market.

Implementation of our E-payments solution, which allows:

• Card tokenization.

• Immediate or scheduled online payments.

• Successive charges.

• Manual and automated refunds from the CRS.

With this integration, Roiback expands its E-payments offering in the Asian market, incorporating for the first time advanced functionalities such as tokenization and automated collections through Doku. Although we already offered solutions such as Cybersource, this is the first integration that allows a business logic adapted to payment planning in the APAC region.
