Roiback launches new integration with Doku payment gateway

At Roiback we continue to focus on innovation and continuous improvement of our products. Therefore, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new integration with the latest version of the Doku payment gateway, a leading solution in the Indonesian region and very important throughout Asia.

This update is a major improvement over the previous version, allowing our hotel clients to offer a more complete and flexible payment experience adapted to the particularities of the Asian market.

What improvements does this new integration include?

Activation of common alternative payment methods in Asia-Pacific:

‍

• QR Payment: The customer scans a QR code with their cell phone to complete the payment from their bank app or digital wallet.

• E-wallet: Payments through electronic wallets such as OVO, Dana or GoPay, widely used in countries such as Indonesia.

• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers from the client's account at the time of booking.

• CC Installment: Credit card installment payments, allowing the total amount to be divided into monthly installments.

These methods not only expand payment options, but also improve conversion, reduce abandonment and offer a more tailored user experience for each market.

Implementation of our E-payments solution, which allows:

• Card tokenization.

• Immediate or scheduled online payments.

• Successive collections.

• Manual and automated returns from CRS.

With this integration, Roiback expands its E-payments offering in the Asian market, incorporating for the first time advanced functionalities such as tokenization and collection automation through Doku. Although we already offered solutions such as Cybersource, this is the first integration that enables a business logic adapted to payment planning in the APAC region.
