Roiback recognized in the 'ESKER Impact Awards' for best results

‍Roiback, the global technology and services platform for independent hotels and hotel chains, has been awarded in the 'Best Results' category in the recently held 'Esker Impact Awards'.

This collective award granted by ESKER recognizes the company, department or team that has obtained the best results (productivity, ROI, customer satisfaction) since the implementation of the project based on the Esker solution. 

Roiback has achieved very good cash management and debt results ratios, while at the same time optimizing the relationship and satisfaction of customers through the implementation of the portal. Not only have the proposed financial objectives been met, but this process has contributed to the optimization of internal processes and the well-being of employees. 

In the 'Best Results' category, Roiback prevailed over companies such as Laboratorios Normon, Suntory Beverages & Food and Takeda Pharmaceutical. 

In the case of Roiback, in addition, we are the first project that Esker has developed in Spain in our services area. Large companies such as DAMM, Accord, Ferrero, Lactalis, Risi and Heineken also work with Esker.

Double award: Nomination and finalists also in the individual category 

Roiback was also nominated and a finalist in the 'Biggest Champion' category. 

This category values the management and development of projects at an individual level and is awarded to users distinguished by their use of Esker tools, becoming experts and prescribers of these tools in their company or department. 

In this regard, we would like to thank and congratulate Maria Helena Saldarriaga, Credit & Collection Executive at Roiback, for her great performance and results at an individual level, which allowed the finance team and Roiback to be placed at the highest level.

In this category, the finalists were Grupo Lactalis Iberia, Roiback, Janssen Cilag, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
